1st timer. Just moved to Youngstown. CJ was amazing b4 he even started he afford really cold bottle water to me n my son. CJ explained very thing in great detail. Then MarQ told the history of take 5. They all worked realy great n fast together. Amazing communication skills. Answered all questions and did a complete check. I found out from Marq that my car had a recall on it that I didn't know about. I will be going back made me feel comfortable and I didn't feel like they were trying to cheat me out of service like I'm use to when I lived in Washington State. Great Amazing job guys. I'll be back. Thank you 4 a excellent experience.
