I started out at the Solon shop. I arrived there Sunday at 8:30 in the morning. I waited for somebody to arrive. The store opened at nine. There was only one person there. They couldn’t open the store because he didn’t have a helper to watch out for safety purposes. So I went across town to the Twinsburg shop where I was greeted by two very nice young man who immediately pulled me into the bay and started taking care of my issue. I was grateful that they were there because they knew what they were doing and they took care of all my needs.
I went there yesterday 5/19/2026 for an oil change. They were pretty busy and there was a long line. It didn't take to long for one of the workers to come up to my car, offer me a bottled water and ask what services I needed. After informing her I still had a little wait. They took care of me when it was my turn. Overall experience wasn't that bad. I get home to find out that they forgot to give me the sticker for when I should come back for my next oil change. I went back there today. There was a wait. When the guy came to me, I told him what I needed and he apologized and gave me what I needed. He also offered me a water. Overall I like them. They are very professional and friendly. I will continue to do business with them.
Lubricated to perfection. The best lubrication ever, some would say the greatest lubrication of all time. Someone asked me what am I going to do with all this lubrication ? I told them I had no idea because I’ve never been so lubricated in my life. I thought I understood about lubricants and lubrication but it turns out I had no clue. Now, I understand lubrication and boy did I get lubricated. Thank you take 5, I love you. ♥️
