I make it a point of mine to only rate places that are either super bad or really good. This place was phenomenal. Gage and his partner who did my oil change were super friendly and very informative. They didn't pressure me into anything more than I am currently able to fix and even helped me out with discounts. Ive definitely found my new go to spot for my oil changes and recommend it to anyone 💯🙏
Brad and Gage were outstanding! They were friendly from the moment I pulled in and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They explained the service, answered my questions, and had me back on the road quickly. It’s hard to find great customer service these days, but these guys delivered. Highly recommend!
Just got home from my visit with Take Five on Pearl Rd. Strongsville. Will definitely return for future needs…Brad and Grace were both extremely efficient, kind and professional. I am well pleased with all they did for me! Great job! Oil change, filters, coolant…they informed me my tire had a screw in in too!
