Jacob and joshua were excellent. For them being the only 2 in the shop for the evening they handled themselves well. Honestly ive never been to a take 5. Ill be back. I must say it wasnt 10 minutes or less but given their circumstances i understand. Great hospitality from both guys. Both checked on me to make sure i was good. Explained everything to me and even showed me everything theu were doing as they were doing it. Pretty impressed not gonna lie. Good job fellas. OH!
Sitting here with Phillip as my computer and service technician. As I pulled in he was saving a caterpillar from the wheel path and then said I'm in good hands. After seeing the way he took care of the caterpillar, I knew I would indeed be in good hands. And to no surprise, he was amazing. Thank you, Phillip! Go Broncos (and 49ers). Took care of the caterpillar, me and his fellow technician that fell in the shop.
Alan did an amazing job with my oil change. He was in training and I have a fleet vehicle, which was a new process for him. He did a great job identifying all of the services I was eligible for, he explained everything to me and taught me some things about my car that nobody had ever shared before. He completed the whole process faster than any other oil change place I’ve been to before. He was very nice and the other guys that he works with were very nice as well. Will definitely be going there again for future services.
