So thankful for Josue! When I arrived, my oil light had been turning on and off, but I had gotten an oil change just the previous month. It didn't make sense and I was sure it was mistake or that I was leaking oil. I stopped by Take 5 and Josue immediately recognized the source of the problem as a coolant issue. He explained how old coolant can become overly diluted, dirty, and ineffective over time, causing the engine to run hotter, and burning through oil faster. Josue was training Aiden and they both immediately worked to resolve the coolant issue, topped off the oil, and the problem was fixed. Thank you so much!
Josue & Justin treated me & my vehicle with respect throughout the oil change process ~ the service provided was expert, timely & done with a smile! This team and their attitudes & knowledge of automotive oil care keep me coming back! Thank you both for the Excellent customer service & care!
Service was excellent. Josue was the name of the guy who took care of me. He is very good at what he does. I got a cabin filter, air filter , coolant flush and a rear differential serviced! I highly recommend coming to this shop and letting him service your vehicle.
