I received great service from Take 5. I was greeted by Nicholas who checked me in and went over everything I needed to know. Josh and Tyler did the actual oil change for me. My grill on my car has been broken off for awhile now and I actually bought zip ties to fix it, but I kind of forgot about it. When Tyler was working on my car my grill fell off and scared the poor guy. Tyler went above and beyond and zip tied it to my car for me. I'm grateful for the extra care. I also wanted to mention the nice cold bottle of water Nicholas gave me. I highly recommend Mentor Take 5 great service received all around. Thank you guys! 🙂
This place is great. I have been there for several oil changes and the employees and the managers are ALWAYS professional and courteous. One of my tires was low on air one of the times I stopped in and they offered to checked all of my tires for me. They have my business as long as they are I an business and I have a car in need of maintenance!
It was a pleasure coming here for my oil change. My jeep is new and I get 2 free oil changes when I purchased it but these service departments make a project out of the littlest things and I have waited 2 hours when I had an appointment. I just wished they did tire rotations at the Mentor Ohio location. Great service.
