The guy who helped me was phenomenal. He clearly knew what he was doing. Very chill and friendly. I'll be back just because of the level of service and the good conversation. 'Cause, I mean, who really likes going to get their oil changed? 🤔😋 He made the start to my day a good one!
Haylee was excellent and straightforward. She made sure everything was correct. Kimberly was quick and professional. Price was a little high, even with a coupon, but I can understand.
The blonde young woman and the dark-haired guy working today did a great job. I really appreciated them topping off my oil and being honest that my car didn’t actually need an oil change. That kind of honesty goes a long way. I don’t remember her name, but she recommended an antifreeze flush instead, explained it well, and I decided to go ahead with it. Great sales approach — not pushy, just knowledgeable and straightforward. They were both very friendly and hospitable. I would definitely recommend Take 5 Oil Change on Mentor Avenue.
