A Friday afternoon oil change. In and out in about 20 minutes from start to finish. Everyone was courteous and professional There was no attempted upsell. An air filter was still in good condition and they did ot try to sell a new one. I checked the site on line and got a $25 coupon which I used without a problem. With the coupon the oil change for full synthetic was reasonable. I would use them again.
I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change in Maineville! From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. They even offered me a cold bottle of water while I waited, which was such a thoughtful touch. The two technicians working that evening were absolutely awesome. They were smiling, working together seamlessly, and helping multiple customers at once while still making everyone feel taken care of. Their positive attitude created such a welcoming atmosphere—something you don’t always expect when getting an oil change! The service was quick, affordable, and stress-free. I especially appreciated that they didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need or pressure me into extra services. They were honest, professional, and efficient. I truly appreciate the great customer service, and I think everyone in Maineville should give them a try. It’s refreshing to find a business that makes a routine errand such a pleasant experience!
Went today for the first time after putting off getting an oil change for too long. Tyler was my tech and he was great! Very kind and efficient. Explained the different oil options, let me know when to anticipate needing coolant flushed, and showed me my filters and explained their remaining lifespan. Definitely recommend them if you're looking for an efficient walk-in oil change. Pricing was standard with what I have been charged at other locations and they give a 25% military discount which is greatly appreciated!
