I had the best experience @ the airport hwy branch in Holland Ohio.. I’ve been to several competitor places and was never asked about if i wanted my filter in my glove box looked at…it has never been replaced since I’ve owned my vehicle (picture added) thanks to the nice workers who treated me so well… even gave me a bottle of water while they changed my oil… I’ll definitely be switching to here on all my future oil changed for sure!!!! Thanks so much!!!
Honestly as a women its hard to go to car places for stuff. You always feel like they are trying to swindle you or something, but not Take 5! These guys are always top notch! Always offering things that may be needed but never making you feel pressured to purchase the upgraded level, even though I usually always do, it makes it less intimidating. The prics is right too and there is always coupons online. But back to the team, they have always treated me respectfully, educated me when I had questions about things and have just always made the experience so much easier and nice to have to do. I'd recommend them everytime!
A light came on on my dash and I wasn’t sure what it was so I drove over to take five oil change to see if they could help me. The service man was so nice. He checked it for me and told me what the problem was, that it wasn’t a safety issue, but that I should take it to my dealership. At that point, I noticed I was due to have an oil change and even though I wasn’t planning on it, I went ahead just because he was so kind and courteous. He then came around and opened my glove box and took out a filter that I didn’t even know was there. It was obvious no one else had. Checked that filter or had ever changed it because it was black and filthy. He said that was the filter for the air in the car. I was beyond thrilled that he took the extra time to do what others hadn’t done. I will definitely be going back to take five oil change. .
