Oil Change in Heath, OH at 836 Hebron Rd.

I was having to get a fast oil change because I had to go out of state for a funeral, I had only a few hours before leaving on this trip. I went to Take 5 for an oil change and so glad I chose going there. Sam and Landon were so helpful in taking the extra step in my needs. I appreciate the personal attention that they gave to me and my vehicle. They corrected the air pressure in all 4 tires. They were over about 20lbs. They leveled out my other fluids. And did it all with awesome attitudes and mannerisms. I was very impressed with the service they gave me. I wish every business had employees that treated me the way Sam and Landon attended to me. It was a pleasure doing business with Take 5. I assure you that I will return to Take 5. Thank You, Mrs. Cindy Whetstone.

Great experience at Take 5 Oil Change. The service was fast, friendly, and there was absolutely no pressure to buy additional services when offered or recommended. The team was professional, welcoming, and made the whole process quick and easy. I’ll definitely be back. My only suggestion is for management to address the air conditioning. It was sweltering in the service bays, and the employees were drenched in sweat. Despite working in those conditions, they stayed positive, courteous, and provided excellent customer service. They deserve a much cooler work environment.

Stopped in at the new Take 5 today, greeted with a cold bottle of water. Service was very thorough, explained things throughout. Nick and Tony received an excellent from me today. I did ask about First Responder/ nurse discounts as your competitor down the street does honor, but that was not honored today. I would recommend that being adopted to your customer service. I was charged $15 for one quart of extra oil was needed, seems a little excessive when I was already paying $124. Convenience….
