Ricky and Gary are “THE” A TEAM! I have been taking all of my family vehicles and fleet vehicles there for years. Ricky’s customer service is TOP NOTCH and it is the standard for his employees. You are first greeted with a bottled water and a friendly attitude. From there, quick and efficient service. The even looked over my daughters first car when I was going to purchase it, that’s how much I trust Ricky. I don’t know them outside of business, so this is a totally honest business review. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED service shop. Thank you Ricky and Gary for always taking care of our vehicles. You guys are truly the best!
We stopped in on Tuesday evening, 8/4/26, and there were only 2 girls working. They were working on a car, they pulled us in and about 10 min later another car pulled up. With it only being the 2 of them, the first car was getting their coolant replaced (looked time consuming) we were getting an oil change, so third person had a decent wait. This person was very upset and let them know. They were doing the very best they could! It upset me so very much, they could see them working their butts off. Even though they were busy (again, it was just the 2 of them) they were attentive and professional! Thank you for your hard work. We appreciated your efforts!
I was disappointed when I saw the name change I was worried they cleaned shop and brought in their own crew. I was pumped when I saw Ricky was still with them. I spent years trying every oil change shop around town and it was always BS, one would take an hour to complete an oil change with an appointment, others would do additional work without asking. The best was when one of them told me they change a dirty air filter that I change prior to going. I told them this and they argued with me. When I asked to see the old air filter they pulled a dirty one out of the trash. It wasn’t until I showed them my Napa box that they took it off. Take 5 was smart to keep him around. I am sure others are thinking the same. Would highly recommend for a quick service with no BS. They will be as transparent as possible and take care of you. Provide quality service and experience, you will continue to have repeat customers. Jiffy was always who I would recommend to ppl, now it will be the Take 5 location next to Roadhouse. Thank you Ricky and your team.
