It's been a very long time since I've been to a business being powered by Young Black Princes who has such respect and motivation. I was pleased with the customer service, their overall abilities and knowledge about the car. One in particular I took a notion to tell Him He's a great salesman and needs to sale cars. Great location. Great customer service and support Give those Young Men raises!!!!!! 🤑
Staff is great which is why I'm giving 5 stars. Company pricing is deceptive. They have an economy option for $49.99 listed as a service option but don't honor that price. Even with a $25 off coupon (only good on the $104 or $125 service levels) my oil change was almost $100 after taxes which seems outrageous, but I suppose I shouldn't be surprised. But wow do I remember when these oil changes were $35, and the services provided haven't increased as the cost has over the years. Yes, costs of things have increased but wow this seems like a money grab since you know they're not paying the employees that well.
I had my wipers changed at a different take 5 but they were not the right kind (as they flew off in a thunderstorm). I stopped by, showed them my receipt and they took care of me and replaced the wipers with the right kind. Thank you, Nate!
