Staff is great which is why I'm giving 5 stars. Company pricing is deceptive. They have an economy option for $49.99 listed as a service option but don't honor that price. Even with a $25 off coupon (only good on the $104 or $125 service levels) my oil change was almost $100 after taxes which seems outrageous, but I suppose I shouldn't be surprised. But wow do I remember when these oil changes were $35, and the services provided haven't increased as the cost has over the years. Yes, costs of things have increased but wow this seems like a money grab since you know they're not paying the employees that well.
The young men are EXCEPTIONAL!!! Courtesy was phenomenal.....questions asked, provided service, made suggestions for better care performance, answered inquiries, everything done with a smile. Very professional, and in and out in 5 minutes, remarkable service!!!! Professional service, will be returning for service in the future and recommend this shop for service to family & friends!! Excellent service!!!! 😊👍🏽👍🏽
I received a oil change and Zack was very professional and patient I was on the phone as us women be talking I can say him and his Co worker with the good hair (lol) was quick and efficient although Zack let me know I needed a new filter and showed me while explaining the price but they didn’t have one for my Car. Zack assured me they could order it he went and wrote it down and said I could come back by Saturday and the filter would be in I was impressed with his well mannered Service. So shout out to Zack and his co worker with the good hairs . I was Satisfied and they deserve the compliment as they did a great job working and representing this location. A satisfied customer Dee aka Icand…… keep smiling cause it looks good on you!!!!!! We must build our ppl up guys……
