I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change. The whole process was fast, smooth, and super convenient. I stayed in my car the entire time and they handled everything efficiently. Big shoutout to Hayden though, he really made the visit stand out. Super friendly, confident, and knew exactly what he was doing. He explained everything clearly and made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. Not gonna lie, excellent customer service like that definitely leaves an impression. The team worked quickly and everything felt organized from start to finish. Honestly one of the best oil change experiences I’ve had. I’ll definitely be back, especially if Hayden’s working.
I am a repeat customer and I’m very satisfied with Take Five. I most recently stopped early one Saturday morning because I had to go out of town later in the day and I wanted to get the oil changed. The fact they’re open at 7 o’clock on a Saturday morning is very convenient. I would also like to commend Jacob, This location’s manager. He is a very mature young man, and he knows his stuff. I admired his professionalism, communication skills and the customer service he provided. I felt well taken care of on this visit and I happily recommend this company to you, but I also hope that when you’re there you run into Jacob. This is my first time at Take 5. I used to use that same location, but it was a different company. This time it was very different. They told me to stay in my car but first they gave me a bottle of chilled water. Then Sean came over To explain what was going to happen. Then Hailie, Dooley and Kris proceeded to do the service. Sean was very good at explaining things to my husband, because I have no knowledge of. And what needs to be changed, etc. but I felt very comfortable with his knowledge and so did my husband. Very friendly staff, very efficient. We would highly recommend it.
Just came here for an oil change. Thought I was pretty overdue based on my sticker but the two guys in there are apparently very honest and said oil looks great and doesn’t need changed. Saves me spending unnecessary money today. This is not where I usually come but will now be the only place I come.
