So I Came to get an oil change this morning, the experience was great! The young man greeted me soon as I came on the lot with a bottle of ice cold water Rayquan was Nice explained that he was the one going to be under my car after me telling him I was going to be a little late for work and would be pretty quick changing my oil I was kind of in a rush the service didn’t take long at all and on top of that my car is running smoother than ever 10/10 Highly Recommend will be returning for my next oil change! Keep up the great work
Was impressed with the speed of service, and the fact that I was not pushed for an up sale. Very reasonably priced, and an excellent staff. Considering to do it yourself, it would cost you approximately $55-$60, you can get the service done for about $15-$20 more, and you’re in and out in approximately 10 minutes. Would highly recommend the establishment on Hilliard - Rome Rd. All you need to do to keep from becoming the person they try not to upsell to is, let them know if you do DIY. ( Do it yourself ) But if you do need an air filter or cabin filter, etc. they have those at a very reasonable price. And recommend that you go online to get the coupon that will also save you approximately $25 on Services that they perform.
Who would ever thought by getting my oil changed for my company truck. I experienced probably the best customer service at this location. The crew treated me like a rock star. Not sure if it was the veteran stickers on my vehicle. I will be doing all my future oil changes here and will be letting everyone know my experience.
