Was given a cold water while I waited (hardly a wait) and a detailed service provider who educated me on the best product to get for my oil change and more was very knowledgeable. I have been coming to this location almost once a month for a few months now (not normal) and Zeke noticed this and finally helped me to identify the problem. I need a new oil pan gasket which is why my oil is leaking so fast and why I have to get oil changes so often. Zeke helped me out a lot.
Zeke and the rest of the team on Thursday morning were nothing short of outstanding. My car is a 2027 and they went out of their way to order in the correct filter and to do all the research needed to take care of my car appropriately. This was the 4th place I visited to get my oil changed. The other three turned me away and said they could not help. They were the only ones that took the extra step to take care of me. 100% recommend.
Zeke and his guy (so sorry, I can't remember his name, but he was so friendly and professional) were awesome! Zeke is extremely knowledgeable and actually found a "mystery" mistake a different mechanic had made years ago that I could never figure out, without me even asking about it! He let me know all of my options and got the services done extremely fast. I would HIGHLY recommend Take 5, especially Zeke and his crew!
