Only giving a 5 because Jayden and Dakota were amazing! Rick (the assistant store manager) was an hour late today. Not here to accept customers while his employees were waiting on him to get in. Once he arrived, during our duration for an oil change he did nothing. Stood around waiting on cops to arrive because he thought he cut someone off but in fact hit someone. Rick just seemed very unprofessional and in my opinion maybe the place could use new management. Because of how amazing Jayden and Dakota were we will come back.
The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They took the time to explain the work being done and went over costs before performing the work. They offered bottles of water during a heatwave and understanding during periods when the vehicle and ac had to be turned off. Going here for all my oil change and standard maintenance needs
Always great service at the Beechmont location! They do their best to stay true to their slogan by getting you in and out of the oil change bay in 10 minutes or less without cutting corners! They have always used dealer recommended/better grade products and will match competitors coupons or even offer a better price if able. They also offer free top off service for any fluids in between oil changes if you stop by one of their locations and show them your sticker including windshield washer fluid and up to 2 quarts of free oil if needed.
