I’ve been to this location twice before this time for oil changes. These guys are quick, lines are short, and customer service is awesome. I was in and out in about the same time it takes to fill up a gas tank. They give good advice and let you know if/when you need to think about other regular maintenance. I knew the price beforehand, but the extras (replaced oil filter, plug gasket) were no extra charge. Other places will charge you for that. So glad these guys opened up near me, I’m never going anywhere else. Today I was helped by Bryion, Jahari, and Daquan.
It was ok. The manager had to step in at the end to smooth things over because the worker was lazy, unintelligent, and needs to watch his mouth. Was inquiring about the price and this guy starts making comments under his breath. Sorry you had to use your words dude, maybe it's time to find a job where you don't have to interact with people. Thanks to the manager though, he's the only reason I'm giving 5 stars.
During my first visit, the manager and his team took care of me as if they already knew me. They guided me through my first oil change, even giving me a discount. I highly recommend "Take 5 Oil Change" to anyone looking for a fast, reliable, and high-quality oil change.
