First time at this location and overall happy with my experience. There are 3 lanes for service. When we arrived, there was only one lane open with a customer in it. Michael greeted us. When we asked how long the wait might be, he immediately opened one of the other lanes so that we could get serviced right away. Melissa did our oil change. She was very efficient and our oil change was done in no time. She even showed us our old filter. After, Michael came and showed us our dipstick topped off at the correct level with the clean oil. She was sorry that they were out of windshield washer fluid but said we could stop back in any time between oil changes at any Take 5 location and they would top it off free of charge. Their pricing seemed fair plus they offer a 25% military discount. We live in Pickerington, OH and would sure LOVE to see a Take 5 location built here. It would be much more convenient and a much better oil change option than the other offerings currently available.
I’ve been to this location twice before this time for oil changes. These guys are quick, lines are short, and customer service is awesome. I was in and out in about the same time it takes to fill up a gas tank. They give good advice and let you know if/when you need to think about other regular maintenance. I knew the price beforehand, but the extras (replaced oil filter, plug gasket) were no extra charge. Other places will charge you for that. So glad these guys opened up near me, I’m never going anywhere else. Today I was helped by Bryion, Jahari, and Daquan.
I had the best experience today @ Take 5 on Gender Rd! Micheal was running the show and his coworkers did great as well! All my professional and great attitudes despite my morning shenanigans ❤️ I will definitely be making that my go-to location! 5 stars ACROSS THE BOARD THANK YOU FOR TAKING CARE OF ME TODAY
