Oil Change in Alliance, OH at 2431 W State St.

Good crew. I've been there twice separated by many many months and there was a totally different crew there both times but both crews were fine. First time I came in with my 20-year-old truck, I was in and out pretty quick but when I came in with my newer vehicle, I don't know if they were training or what but I was in there for around 45 minutes for reasons that they did not explain to me but whatever I wasn't in a hurry. I got the impression that somebody was in training though, and I train people at work so I understand how that can slow stuff down.

Tyler, David, and Savannah were absolutly fantastic. I could not possibly have received better service than the one they gave me. I was greeted warmly with a bottle of water by David who directed me into the garage towards Savannah, another welcoming demeanor. She was training under David and Tyler, the shop manager if Im not mistaken. Now, I am car illiterate by admission. I am often worried about being unessesarily upsold or even simply low key judged in car service locations. Not here. Quite the contrary. He was patient, genuinely personable, and thorough in his explanation regarding services. Just as importantly, the way they all worked together was both efficient and team oriented. Tyler allowed me to listen in as they explained some of the process with Savannah, again, thorough and patient. Selling points were suggested but not pushed. If I could afford it at the time, I would have paid for the upgrade. I simply had a set budget. For my 2026 Elantra out the door it was 112 dollars in under 15 minutes. Would have been less if I didn't chat them up so much! Well worth every penny and minute. Take 5 oil, you are very fortunate to have Tyler, David, and Savannah as a part of your team. Your'e a better establishment because of them.

This place is absolutely amazing. They actually do a really good job of providing an exceptional service. One of the things is they always make eye contact, which is great because these days being able to establish connection with the guest that you have in your store is black, but not this place this place is treating me well got me in and out. Definitely respectful and courteous took care of all of my business knees, including making sure my oil got changed and it was even able to change my cabin filter out. It was an amazing experience What recommend 10 out of 10. There’s not enough stars on this site.
