I went in to this Take 5 thinking I just needed an oil change, Shawn told me I should get a coolant flush so I ended up doing that because she explained it wasn't at the right levels, and she saved me money! I thought this was gonna be a quick 20 minute oil change and we were there for 2 hours having problems with our car. After having problems with and thinking I had a real bad oil leak, they fixed the casing for the oil filter fixed my leak, Shawn and mel who was busting their butt for us that day, fixed the problem and explained everything we needed to hear about what was wrong and why we were having the problems we had. Ended up talking it up and having a good time with them while they helped us out! Would totally recommend going to this Take 5!
Shawn and Mel did an absolutely fantastic job on my car. Went there for just an oil change but found out I needed a coolant flushing and I had problems with my head casing that they address and fixed while I was there, that I didnt even know I needed fixed. Super nice, caring, and honest about what needed done with the car. Ontop of all the liquids and check ups. My car drives a lot better now as well so i Would definitely recommend going to this specific take 5 just because of them two!!
The two guys who helped me on this day in a crunch I had no idea that take five does emissions checks they were very helpful and knowledgeable and took some of my anxiety away they offered me water as I put up thank you but I had some and on the way out to make me wish me up continue to have a great day and I did the same for them not catching the emission testing on copley and knowing that it's at take five definitely took some of my stress away you guys were! great kudos to you!!!
