I haven’t been here in a while but the service was amazing when I visited yesterday! I knew the pricing before heading in and I wasn’t shock by it. We got the works and both filter replaced! Bradley did an amazing job and was very professional! I even got an iced cold bottle of water which really hit the spot! I don’t know how these guys work in such a hot environment and still be very nice!
They were efficient and good to work with. However I had a 25% coupon for being military..but the price I paid did not reflect the discount. I paid $104.00 and my bill was $104.00 with sales tax @ $6.90....that is some creative financing which bothered me. Not upfront with the real cost of a discou t. Even brought it to their attention on paper. Will still go back
The guys at the Ellet location are great! Pleasant, friendly and very helpful. Added more washer fluid and specifically checked my tires, adding air to one that was low. For me, their service is invaluable.
