Went in for an oil change before heading out on a six hour road trip, and my boyfriend and I were blown away by how fast and efficient these guys were. They even made our dog feel like a vip with all the attention and treats! Such a friendly, hardworking group of guys. If we lived in Minot, this would absolutely be our go to shop. Highly recommend!
I HAVE to give a review. I got an oil change at Take 5 yesterday and it was awesome. The last time I went to Valvoline, they always made me feel so awkward and uncomfortable. They always asked me multiple times if I wanted to change my oil or trying to get me to pay for something I did not want. When I had told them no, one of the workers got so silent and didn't talk to me for the rest of the time until it was time to pay. As a woman especially after that experience, I just have a hard time getting things done with my car. This was my second time going to Take 5 and trust me when I tell you that they are super friendly and nice and don't overstep. They never made me feel uncomfortable and that is amazing to me. I was even given a coupon too after mine didn't come through my phone. Thanks for being kind to me!
I had Trevon, Logan, and Alec service my car. They were all extremely knowledgeable of their job and completed everything quickly and efficiently. They even let me know of two leaks on my vehicle that I hadn’t noticed. I will definitely be coming back here again for future oil changes.
