I was traveling from out of state, and along the drive, my low oil light came on. I was able to make it to Lexington after adding oil in SC. Took my car to this location since I had just had the oil changed at a Take 5 in Ga. Manager Keith and associate Morgan took such great care of me. They checked all the aspects of my car and assured me the last location must not have added the extra 2.2 qts of oil my car requires. They took their time explaining everything to me and took pictures to support what they thought. After a not so great experience (for other reasons beyond the low oil) at the last location, Keith and Morgan really came through. Only sad outcome is I am not local and cannot make this my go to location.
I totally forgot the names of the two guys that worked on my car this morning so sorry !! 😠But this has been the best place i’ve been to get my oil changed. They were super nice and not weird or rude to me which I really appreciate since I am a woman getting something done to my car and it’s happened way too many times to me before. They made sure I understood everything going on and again, they were just super kind !! Definitely coming back for my next oil change !!
I didn’t even know Take 5 did inspections and it was easy to get the 25 dollar coupon which made me get the oil change as well cause I normally go to Walmart to get it done. I also thought I needed my tires rotated because I do it every oil change but they told me I didn’t need it and told me how much longer my tires should last. The salesman informed on other specials they were running that day such as new windshield wipers and he even gave me his own personal discounts. I was very satisfied with the price I paid and I felt like the staff was very honest and informed me on everything they were doing! (Rare for a woman!) Definitely will be coming back!!
