The team at Take 5 Lincolnton was very quick, thorough and kind. Jin went through every step of their process while I was offered choices in service. Given a cold water bottle upon drive up on a hot day and got me right in. Multi-step inspection to make sure other components critical to safe driving were checked ✔️ washer fluid topped off ✔️ fresh oil change and filter ✔️ the team gets a 5/5 ⭐️ rating from me. Will return for services.
Jin, Derek and Chris were great! Despite the not so nice people being people ahead of me, the heat, and there only being three of them, they did what they could as efficiently as possible and with respect and kindness. We had some laughs and jokes along the way and I appreciate them getting my oil changed and remembering me from earlier in the day when I didn't have time and had to come back. Thank you guys!, and remember, y'all don't let the negative outweigh the positive. And if you Huh you can hear. 😂🤣😂🤣
My 1st time using the service and the manager worked within my budget for my oil change as I informed go to another competitor I really enjoyed watching the teamwork as each person had a certain job which made the oil change fast. They come out and check on you and offer you a bottle of water while waiting. I really appreciated topping off my fluids and checking air pressure in the tires as not all oil places offer this .
