I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! Chris was an excellent technician, and Loe was amazing. He made sure I had cold water while I waited in the heat for my top-off, which I really appreciated. The customer service from start to finish was outstanding. They also have great deals, and I love that they support veterans with a 25% discount. It’s always nice to see a business that takes care of both its customers and those who have served. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them!
Huge thank you to the team at Take 5 Oil Change! After having a bad experience at another location in Charlotte where my oil was overfilled by almost two quarts, I stopped in here for help. The two guys who assisted me were absolutely amazing. They took the time to properly measure everything, remove the excess oil, and completely solve the issue. They were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me. They honestly saved me from what could have turned into a much bigger problem. I’ll definitely be coming back here for my oil changes from now on. Great job, guys!
