I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! Chris was an excellent technician, and Loe was amazing. He made sure I had cold water while I waited in the heat for my top-off, which I really appreciated. The customer service from start to finish was outstanding. They also have great deals, and I love that they support veterans with a 25% discount. It’s always nice to see a business that takes care of both its customers and those who have served. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them!
We generally get excellent service at the Kernersville take 5. Particularly, Jamie. One tech, after changing our oil, did not have us start the car and recheck the level. Jamie came over and made sure that final step was followed. Glad he did because it was still a quart down. Kudos, Jamie! We will continue coming to take 5!
I only bring my car to this Take 5 location. Great service each time. I just got an oil change and air cabin filter replaced and the customer service was great. Loe was so friendly with amazing customer service! Even helped me locate my OBD port in my car. Keep up the great work at this location.
