⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing service! I came here for my car inspection and had a great experience from the moment I arrived. As soon as I pulled in, they welcomed me and even brought me a bottle of very cold water, which was such a nice touch! Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. The service was very quick, everything was on point, and their prices are very fair. I really appreciated how well they treated me and how easy they made the whole experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great, fast, and friendly service in Huntersville. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I stopped by for an oil change since i was around the area, and they seemed short handed and busy however I was greeted with such a great attitude very positive, energetic, polite and super friendly even got offered a water. Once they got started it was fast and easy, even though it was just two guys working on all cars, they kept such a positive attitude and vibe. They both were very respectful, super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.. listen i don’t give reviews often and i live in uptown but with their positive and energetic attitude Im more than willing to get on the I-77 chaos and return for another oil change in the future.….the managers should be giving the guys working on Saturday around 5pm on 8/22 a raise!!!!!!
Excellent customer service and attention to detail. It was my first visit, but not my last. Silas and Dustin were both incredibly friendly, thorough, and excellent communicators. The small touch of a cold bottle of water and a snack with a “thank you” note in the waiting area goes a long way. Highly recommend this location to others. I will be telling all my family & friends!
