As soon as i pulled up I was greeted by Thomas instantly and did not have to wait to get settled into a Bay I was offered a water bottle and was greeted by Gabe very informative and very easy to talk to he informed of everything I should get changed and informed of pros and cons of not getting them changed, I always come to this take 5 and always taken care of well and fast I will continue to come here!Gabe and Thomas were great employees to have working on my car today.
100/10 I don't like getting my oil change, it's anxiety ridden and my least favorite task. I prefer to go to the drive thru oil places, it's easier and less anxious. Everyone here was SO nice and wonderful here. I was offered a bottle of water when I first arrived, so nice. They changed my oil and windshield wipers. Alex, the manager, came out to go over things with me and ensure I had a great experience. Thomas was the main tech, he did great of course! Definitely recommend, I will make this spot my go to oil change place.
I went to have my oil changed Friday morning. The customer service associate was so friendly and highly knowledgeable & professional. Hitting all upsell opportunities in a professional fashion while educating on the importance of each. Their team was high functioning and effectively communicated with each other while also participating in playful banter. It was a great experience to see their team work together to keep customers happy and moving through quickly. They filled the tires and even topped off all fluids under the hood. This Take 5 will officially be my go to oil change location. Thanks for the great experience, fellas. Try and stay cool this summer. 😎
