The service was fast and friendly. They greeted me with a cold bottle of water which was a nice touch. Roxie took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. I feel like the prices were fair and they didn't rip me off. I never even left my seat which is really cool. I will definitely return for my future service needs and highly recommend that you try this place. The one I went to is on hwy 70 by the mall.
I recently stopped by for an oil change at this location as I had a $20 off coupon. When I arrived, a gentleman came right to my window to ask what I needed. He also offered a cold bottle of water. I informed him what I was there for and he directed me into a bay. Their team started working on my car right away. The guys were polite (hate to say, almost too much). I did have to keep them from up selling items, such as cabin air filter, engine air filter and windshield wipers. When he showed me the price screen for what they offered I was a little shocked, but was already there at that point. I have to use synthetic, but it's normally 60 to 75 at other places I have gone. Even with the coupon, it was $85. I also chose the lowest grade they offered. Other than price, everything went well and they worked fairly quickly.

From the moment I pulled up, the crew operated like a NASCAR pit crew; everyone was efficient, communicating clearly, and completely on top of their roles during the inspection process. The manager who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain details and specifics about my truck in a way that was easy to understand without feeling pressured or talked down to. After everything was finished, she even recommended a great place to get new tires and gave helpful advice on how to get a good deal if I ran into issues later on. You can tell strong leadership is in place here because the entire staff was sharp, professional, and worked together seamlessly. The environment and quality of service speak for themselves. Easily one of the best service experiences I’ve had in a long time.
