Today I had some free time while in Hickory and knew my car needed some tlc so I decided to come back to Take 5 on North Center St, where I was pleasantly surprised to see 2 gentlemen’s friendly faces (Karan and Zane) who greeted us while working hard on a hot afternoon, holiday at that. That already spoke volumes about their work ethic. My 4 year old was with me and they brought us cold water before anything else which is unfortunately not all that common with businesses today. Not to be super wordy, but, we always feel comfortable here, time is never wasted, professionalism is never in lack, the vibe and energy is calm and pleasant and comfortable, we will recommend all friends and family here and keep coming back. Top shelf customer service! Thanks guys!
I ALWAYS have a great experience at Take 5. The guys are extremely kind & knowledgeable!! Always start with a bottle of water & a smile. They are incredibly fast & helpful. Today Kyran, Dean & John all helped make my time there quick & carefree. They didn't push a bunch a products on me- showed me my filter & clean oil levels. John even spoke with me & checked my hoses for an issue I thought I may have!! Kyran & Dean helped with pricing to meet me exactly in my budget for today! They are always so very kind & understanding! Even a little side dance with a smile from Dean made the experience even more light & carefree! Take 5 of Hickory has been my go to for years.. they just continue to make it am easy choice to go there!! For the women out there- as a woman who goes to oil changes alone or with my kids.. this is the place to go!! No extra push or fear to get this product or this flush. They are quick, kind and knowledgeable!! This is THE place to go!! Thanks guys!! ♡
Went today for the first time because I had a coupon and the staff was outstanding. For the little time it took them to do the job they really expressed a friendly and great attitude and put a smile on our faces. We talked about it the whole way home. This store is fantastic and delivers top notch customer service. Thank you for your hospitality!
