I ALWAYS have a great experience at Take 5. The guys are extremely kind & knowledgeable!! Always start with a bottle of water & a smile. They are incredibly fast & helpful. Today Kyran, Dean & John all helped make my time there quick & carefree. They didn't push a bunch a products on me- showed me my filter & clean oil levels. John even spoke with me & checked my hoses for an issue I thought I may have!! Kyran & Dean helped with pricing to meet me exactly in my budget for today! They are always so very kind & understanding! Even a little side dance with a smile from Dean made the experience even more light & carefree! Take 5 of Hickory has been my go to for years.. they just continue to make it am easy choice to go there!! For the women out there- as a woman who goes to oil changes alone or with my kids.. this is the place to go!! No extra push or fear to get this product or this flush. They are quick, kind and knowledgeable!! This is THE place to go!! Thanks guys!! ♡
Went today for the first time because I had a coupon and the staff was outstanding. For the little time it took them to do the job they really expressed a friendly and great attitude and put a smile on our faces. We talked about it the whole way home. This store is fantastic and delivers top notch customer service. Thank you for your hospitality!
I have used this service several times. They always impress me with their customer service. It’s obvious that this company commits energy and time to train and sharpen the customer service skills of young people. Dean and his staff make sure a customer is satisfied with their service. Chris was super attentive and kept us informed of every aspect of the needs of my car and the options available. I am appreciative of the customer experience and the opportunity these young people have to learn these skills which are so necessary in business. Skills that are adaptive to any type of business that works with the public.
