I have used this service several times. They always impress me with their customer service. It’s obvious that this company commits energy and time to train and sharpen the customer service skills of young people. Dean and his staff make sure a customer is satisfied with their service. Chris was super attentive and kept us informed of every aspect of the needs of my car and the options available. I am appreciative of the customer experience and the opportunity these young people have to learn these skills which are so necessary in business. Skills that are adaptive to any type of business that works with the public.
Was referred to Take 5 from Mavis Tire due to I prefer to bring my choice of oil brand and filters. Seems Mavis Tire requires the usage of the filters they stock. My car, my choice. Anyhow the folks at Take 5 got me in and out in a timely manner, and using my supplied oil and filter (Amsoil) was not a problem. Will be using Take 5 for future oil change service.
Received an oil change and inspection this morning and had the best service with Dean, Ahmil, and their other extremely kind colleague. They completed the services efficiently and had the best, fun, kind, positive energy while doing so! I hope this team is there everytime I go moving forward-thanks for awesome service!
