Oil Change in Hendersonville, NC at 820 Spartanburg Hwy.

First time I went here and will definitely come back. Nice open atmosphere, and very friendly efficient staff. I got 15 services done including replacing filters and plug gasket. They told me about an oil leak & a place to go nearby if I wanted to get it fixed right away. Staff communicated with me throughout process. Logan M was my main contact; he was great. Told me about options for other services, but no “hard sell.” My wait was a bit long because they were unexpectedly under-staffed and then had a computer glitch. But once they began my service the work proceeded at a good speed.

The manager was very competent… I really appreciated that he gave me accurate information in a comfortable manner that was respectful of my intelligence and did not disregard me due to being a female. I understood everything that was going on with my vehicle and the team seem to work together in a very comfortable, positive, cooperative manner, which I really appreciated as a show of professionalism and great customer service! I felt very comfortable and was assured I understood what was going on with my vehicle and got a well needed coolant flush, and refill while I was there. I left feeling more confident with the soundness of my vehicle and knew that all of my fluid levels were topped off and my air pressure was accurately recalibrated and now I know how many pounds of pressure are supposed to be in my specific tires because he explained it to me and provided the information in an easy-going and easy to understand way. As a person who has evening Appointments, it was additionally very helpful to me that they were open literally until 8 PM, allowing me to get my needs met after hours that other people are closed by. I drove a long way from South Carolina to get to Hendersonville and I noticed that my tire only had 19 lb of air in it. So I pulled into the take 5 and ask them how much it would be to put air in my tire. It was early in the morning and the only person that was there at the time for the young lady. She looked at me and said "oh no I'm not going to charge you for air" and she was so nice. Some of these convenience stores could learn from places like this. It's outrageous that convenience stores not only charge $2 or $3 for air now but you have to use your credit card. Except for QT their air is free. But she had me pull in she filled my tires with air and she was extremely polite. So even though I didn't do much of anything other than get air in my tire I will give this place and this employee five stars. I can't remember her name but it was the 28th on a Friday morning any other employee had gone to get them breakfast. I hope the rest of the employees are as kind as she was 🫶
