These guys are ultra professionals! I visited their competitor next door (Oil Well) to have my car inspected and decided (against my better judgement) to also have the oil changed. After finding oil leaking all over my garage and the driveway, I decided to stop by Take 5 to see if they could help. They quickly diagnosed the issue, which was that Kias have a specific issue when re-using drain plugs, which Oil Well had ignored. they quickly drianed the oil, replaced the plug am sent me on my, with no charge! I will certainly by using them exclusively from now on!
This was more like a spa experience than an oil change lol. I drove right up to the back of the building and a lovely young lady was there with a free bottle of cold water. She was fast and efficient at getting me into a bay. I never had to leave my car! A very nice young man then checked every filter my car has in it. I was able to watch the whole process as they filled all the fluids, and checked my windshield wiper blades too. Literally, every person that worked at all the oil bays were smiling, polite, understanding and kind. I also went online and found a really good coupon.
I had a dilemma where my car app on my phone told me it was time to change the oil. However, 3 of your employees double checked everything for me and did not try to upsell me anything, but said that my oil was fine and all I needed to do was to reset the oil gauge on my phone. They were very professional, very honest and I would highly recommend them to everyone. I was so impressed when I left. I felt like I needed to buy them lunch or send a Pizza. That's how happy I was with this experience.
