Great experience when arrived with a warm greeting and bottle of water. The technician inquired of my visit. He verified the request and told me that the service will begin in 5 minutes. The service began on time and the service was excellent and completed in 5 minutes. Even received a window cleaning. The assistant manager Xzavier were my top notch technician. Great model for customer service. Upon completion of the service, all Technican gave a hand clap. What a wonderful experience. I will return. Thank for the experience.
Wow! What a great experience it was to visit Take5. Kareem approached me with a Smile and a bottle of water. He was so cheerful and professional at the same time. He subsequently advised me of my oil change options and other options such as a new filter for my oil in my air filter, ect. This was my first time at Take5 and with Kareem’s professional assistance, it made it easy for me to be able to make a wise decision. They also performed other services such as washing my dirty windshield. During the process, he was able, only for a little bit, engaged in an enjoyable conversation which revealed that he is wise beyond his years. Subsequently, I met Cash, the manager, he was also very kind and professional. As I excited out, I honked my horn, in recognition of receiving great service. For the aforementioned reasons, I will be returning on or before the date that Kareem suggested, he subsequently gave me a sticky as a reminder. I’ll be back for my Brakes. Great service guys!
I’m ultimately impressed with my take five that I have been going to for several years now the reason I keep going to the same one is simply because the employees, including the manager Tyler 🌛 always greet me with a smile on their face, they are very knowledgeable of what I need and do not need for my vehicles, they always take good care of me as an older lady and always bringing my vehicles alone. I appreciate that I’ve been to some oil changing places and I couldn’t even get a smile from The Mechanic. No matter how bad things are. Everything is temporary keep up the good service take five in Harrisburg and thanks a lot Mr. Tyler 🌛 manager for always having a great great staff and brightening up my day. a grateful repeating Customer. >LL
