So I went to have my oil change at this place on Market Street and I must say I will be going back. It's close to home and that's good. Justin was very helpful with explaining what needed to be done. And with his suggestions, I had everything done that I needed. I had an little issue with my back wiper after it was replaced and I went back and they came out instantly as I drove up and fixed it with no problem. Thanks Justin and everyone else. I'll see you in a couple of months.
Everyone there was amazing, especially Keith. He was very knowledgeable about the services I needed which was a refresher for me because I forgot to get something else done the last time I was there a few months ago. We also talked about how we’re both from the same city back home in NJ, all while he helped service my vehicle. This location has an amazing crew alongside Keith and it will be my main place to go for service in the future.
Its great as a consumer to go to a place of business where they are happy to be there. Everyone i made contact with was kind, courteous and professional. I love good customer service where you feel confident in what they are suggesting your vehicle needs. Offering coupons online is awesome. Good training and good management show in your employees.
