Fair price. Fast service. No appointment necessary. The whole crew at Battleground Ave Greensboro NC keeps my vehicles basic, but most critical, services done. In and OUT in 15-20 mins which includes checking all fluids, air filters, washer blades, lights, etc. my store doesn’t try to sell me things I don’t need, so when they tell me it needs something, then I can trust it. Alex helped me last time and gave me a brief status on everything, so I was good to go!! Awaiting their new transmission fluid service because I need that done in one of my trucks. Going here for maintenance services means my truck is still going to be available to me for most of the day. The dealership, although good for some things, is most inconvenient for me.
Went in for an oil change and had a wonderful experience. Jaylin was my technician and was so helpful and knowledgeable about everything. He had me in and out in about 20 minutes and let me know some things that would be coming due and how much it would be so I can prepare in advance. Highly recommend this Take 5 if you're looking for kind service and expertise <3
These guys are a well oiled machine... Yes pun intended 😁 They are efficient, knowledgeable and kind! Everyone works together very well and they walk you through the process without any condescension. Plus they are quick. I will definitely be going back to the location on Battleground in Greensboro, but from my understanding, all of the locations are similarly awesome. This company is doing something right as of 7/30/26
