Reagan was the person in charge and she made sure everything was taken care of. He pulled up my previous record and informed me when I had to have my filters and other information. I really appreciated the honesty when they looked at different things.. It’s wonderful to be able to go to a business and know they’re not just trying to make money off of you and nickel and dime you for everything. I enjoy going to Take Five oil change and I am a returning customer and will keep returning with the good quick service I receive each time
The servive was excellent. Everyone was very cordial and very professional. I was greated when I first droved up and even given a bottle of water. They asked me what I wanted. However during the process they suggested that I needed some filter changed and show me how dirty the one I had. They also top off my coolants. I heard them call out everything they were doing. Mr. Young and another young man were the main ones working on my car. As stated earlier they were extremely professional. I will definitely return for my next oil change As I was leaving I honked my horn and all the staff shouted “Take 5”. How awesome!!!
I spoke with Josh, Landon and Ison. All 3 worked on my car. Explained everything to me. I ended up getting an oil change, air filter and a cabin filter. I didn't really know the difference between the oil changes. So I asked Landon to pick the best one for my car. Now he could have sold me the most expensive one. But he didn't. He sold me the $89 service. Because my car had low mileage he said it was the best choice. They were all friendly and kind. They even had dog treats for my baby dog. They sure my tires and fluids were topped off. I will go back there. It was a great experience.
