5 stars just isn’t enough. The gentlemen working the shift yesterday (Friday July 3 2026) were exceptional in their customer service. Including the ones who didn’t service my car ! The manager (I believe that’s who he is) was Godsend ! He worked within my budget and got me taken care of. I will definitely be back to this specific location for my maintenance needs. And a side note I’ve been a take 5 customer for almost 10 years , no matter what state or city I go to they are the best when it comes to fast and efficient services 🥰
I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change. The staff was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly without pressuring me into extra services. I came in for an oil change, recommended a radiator fluid flush, and both were completed quickly while I stayed in my car. The technicians answered all of my questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure everything was done right. The service is friendly, professional, convenient and comfortable. You stay in your car! The cost of the services is clearly posted and expert recommendations are made with the customer making the final, no pressure, decision. The camaraderie and enthusiasm is awesome. From the time I pulled up until the service was completed, was pleasant. Did I say they also offer various discounts? I take my car to Take 5 Oil Change for every oil change service.
