I have been going to this take five for over 18 months since I moved to the area the customer service has always been great. My favorite service tech is Canisha she's always been a smiling face over the months and has always made me feel like a Auntie. She has super customer service skills. I met a new service tech and excuse my French or a lack of his name I'm going to call him Richie or Opey. His knowledge and expertise was top notch . I would recommend for you to visit Cliffdale and Raleigh Rd location.
I had a fantastic experience here for my recent oil change! Chris, the manager, was incredibly welcoming and ensured everything moved smoothly and efficiently from the moment I walked in. The technician, Carisa, handled my vehicle with absolute professionalism—she was fast, detailed, and took the time to make sure everything was done perfectly. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can truly trust, but Chris and Carisa make an amazing team. Exceptional customer service and top-tier work. I’ll definitely be back.
I always go to Take 5 and this is the first time I’ve had issues with this service… not necessarily the service per se, the employees. The employees in general were not personable or as friendly as I normally experienced in the past. I pulled up in the bay and then about a few minutes later, someone else pulled up next to me; they started servicing her before me. My cabin filter needed to be changed which was suggested by them but because for some reason they did not have the tools, it could not be changed. They did not even offer for me to come back and that they will do it another day... nothing. Then after the oil change, I was told to pull out of the bay and a manager will be out to my vehicle to speak with me. I waited at least 10 minutes before I decided to drive away when I realized no one was coming to my vehicle. I love Take 5 but worst employees, I’ve dealt with. Most importantly, they need to be briefed on how to be more personable and professional with their customers.
