Excellent Service The service was excellent, and the staff was friendly and professional. I had a great experience overall. The only issue was that I forgot to mention my military status before paying, and when I immediately asked if the military discount could be applied, I was told the transaction could not be rerun. I understand there may be transaction limitations, but I was a little disappointed that there wasn’t another way to apply the discount after payment. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and appreciate the staff’s professionalism.
The individuals that provided services were great and I would visit again. The only thing I would say is the young lady helping with check in and taking payments should properly communicate pricing. When stating I needed windshield wipers replaced, she stated it would be 19.99 per blade and it ended up being about $35 per blade. As well when explaining how that flush the coolant, she never provided the cost, so I assumed it was a free service. Until she showed me the ticket and it turned out to be $139.99. Now this is not a problem if the vehicle needs it but please communicate the cost so that customers can decide if they want it or not. And it saves time for you as workers as well, by not having to go back and change the ticket, like you had to do mine because I didn't desire the service at the moment. Communication is key! Thank you for an awesome oil change!
Needed an oil change and this Take 5 was within a couple minutes away. Stopped in and was immediately greeted by Elijah and given a bottle of water by Nicole and guided into the bay. The oil change was fast and efficient and an overall vehicle engine check was done to include a cabin air filter that I didn't even know existed behind the glove compartment, which was filled with a nest filled with acorns, Elijah cleaned it all out and installed a new filter. The staff function like a well oiled machine both checking and double checking each step and each others work. And it was all topped off with a clean windshield and all engine fluids topped off. I was impressed with the team work and will return for my next oil change.
