10/10 recommend, very nice and friendly. I came in within the last hour, desperate but felt bad for coming in so late. ✨I’m just a girl✨ my vehicle was in need of an oil change. They were nice from beginning to end, didn’t even mention how bad it was 😬. They did show me at the end how to check the oil levels 😅. They went through the whole check list and not too pushy with things that might need to be done. Ed helped fix my account to the correct information, Donald changed my oil. As a team they really nailed the task.
We had a rental from Enterprise. We drove up from Florida to check in at a hotel on North Carolina. Once we were getting out of Georgia, the “Oil Change Required” light came on. Let me be clear to say that Enterprise did absolutely NOTHING to help us locate a place to get an oil change. I googled take 5 and got OUTSTANDING service from Ed and Quincy. We were in and out in no time. Now we are able to drive back to New Jersey in the morning, thanks to those two gentlemen. I really appreciate their service.
The mechanics were very friendly and courteous. They told me things that needed to be changed on my vehicle and why and they showed me the parts that needed to be changed as well. The oil change was quick and they explained everything that they were doing to during the process. I will definitely be going back if not for the quick oil change just for their politeness and for making me feel at ease while being a woman at a shop because when mechanics see a woman coming they see dollar signs and I am very leery of that but they made me feel that they were trustworthy and I became very at ease. But I do feel that the filter should be included in the price of the oil change and there was a $5.99 service fee as well but overall I'll give them a 10 out of 10
