It was so incredibly hot and these men were working their butts off. I have to speak on their behalf, they need industrial fans put in. There is no excuse not to have air moving when its this hot. Cooperate take care of your people. They guys did not complain at all! That said, The service was top rated. They did great on their add-ons. I know my car did need all that was suggested. This is my go to place. We take all our cars here. 🚗 thanks guys, keep up the amazing attitude!
Donald, Quincey, Ed, & Antonio were all welcoming, professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. Great team! Got a warm greeting from Donald accompanied by a bottle of ice cold water, Quincey kept me informed throughout the entire process, Ed checked in to ensure my visit was going well, and I got a lil humor from Antonio. Didn’t take them long to do my oil change. Best Take 5 visit yet, especially at this location.
Wow! Where do I start? First I was greeted with such happiness and genuine enthusiasm from Ed which set the tone for the whole time and it didn't disappoint. They gave me a VERY cold water which is probably one of my favorite parts. It was super hot and the water was borderline frozen - perfection. Then Jered (I believe that was his name) was so helpful and just as happy. The whole vibe of the place was amazing. They were talking and having a great, but incredibly professional, time. You would not have been able to tell they were working in the heat like they were and doing back to back oil changes. This is hands down the best experience I've ever had for an oil change!
