Kristina and Mont (Mod) we very respectfully and knowledgeable about the car. Kristina did a great job explaining to me that the act took over the amount of gallons that are covered in the oil change. I don’t think you should have a price set for cars that take over 5 being that it’s common, but her kindness allowed me to agree with the price. And Mont did a great job explaining about the cabin filter and what gets trapped in there. Overall they made my experience a 10/10. Thanks Kristina and Mont.
Thanks to my tech Sam for the best oil change I’ve ever had! Service was professional, efficient, and informational- they made sure to walk me through the process and explain everything going on. I ended up learning about my vehicle in the process! No upsell or sketchy “problems” found, only one recommendation was made to replace coolant and BOY am I glad they did! My vehicle went from struggling to smooth sailing, and my AC works a lot better (lol). Highly recommend!! Also, please give Sam a bonus or promotion, he does great work!!
The absolute best experience of my life! The customer service was exceptional and I appreciate the way Luis and his team (Walter, Reggie, Asia and the White Guy didn’t catch his name) explained everything to me and treated me with respect! I will definitely be back ( I went to the location in Durham near the highway) and highly recommend everyone go to a Take 5 near you! Plus they give a very generous military discount and as a Disabled Vet it is greatly appreciated!!
