The staff was professional and very knowledgeable about the oil and antifreeze needs of my vehicle. I wasn't aware that my antifreeze system needed attention as it was brownish. The test of my antifreeze reveled that it was mainly water. I had the recommended flush and new antifreeze along with the synthetic oil change and my vehicle is performing great. I recommend this company for anyone looking for great fluid services for their automobile.
I've been going to take five for the past 10 years now and always have a good experience. I just got finished having the oil change today and Luis and Sadyea made the trip well worth it. I felt very taken care of problems with the vehicle where I dressed and it doesn't hurt that they were able to hold a good conversation. This was definitely a great trip and definitely would recommend if you need to get your oil changed stopping by
Overall it was a good experience, but there was a hiccup for what I usually expect from Take5. It was my first time at this location and luckily there was no line-up. I was in for a standard oil change but, as they registered me in, the service tech told me we were due for a coolant flush as well. After it was completed, they realized that the old coolant was probably good as is based what seemed to be an inaccurate testing device. Thankfully they comped the coolant immediately, but it was still time wasted and a hit on the confidence level in their advice for work to be completed. I'll still be back for my oil changes and hopefully they get some better testing gear for checking coolant.
