Oil Change in Durham, NC at 3915 N Duke St.

I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change on N. Duke Street in Durham. Tae, Hem, and Jarred provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything without any pressure or unnecessary upselling. The team worked efficiently, kept me informed throughout the process, and made the entire oil change quick and stress-free. It's clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. If you're looking for fast, friendly, and professional service, I highly recommend asking for Tae, Hem, and Jarred. They made this one of the best oil change experiences I've had. I'll definitely be coming back for future service!

I Had my oil changed at store #1037 today. These young men answered all my questions and allowed me the option to choose the oil I wanted. After the pricing levels were explained I went with the recommendation. Raheem, Marcus, Ronta and Zori communicated throughout the oil change service and delivered excellent customer service. I was in and out. Thank you Guys and have a Blessed rest of your day!

Everything was good. They young men were all kind, speedy and professional. It was my first time there. All 5 guys worked on the car at the same time. They were very efficient. My only complaint was that I had a 50% off coupon that I showed them before I drove into the garage, the one guy told me to put it on my dashboard with my registration, so I did. I sat in the waiting room ( which is not nice at all and the floors are very slick in there and in the bathroom, from the oil on the bottom of their shoes I guess, but the bathroom was clean) I sat in waiting room while they did my inspection. Then they had me get back in my car while they did the oil change. There was a guy in the middle of the garage, taking my ID bc of my first time there. Asking me questions, and other guys asking questions. There was alot going on all at once. I was on my lunch break and when it was time to pay, I paid and then drove back to work, only a mile away. As I was pulling into work, I realized that I didn't get my 50% off. I called them right away but they said there wasn't anything they could do since I already paid but could give me a free oil change next time. I wonder if they'll honor that and how will they know, did they put a note in my file? He asked if I had given the coupon to the guy doing the paperwork, I said no bc I thought it was taken care of when I put it on the dashboard and then I forgot about it. I feel they should have told me to hang on to it and to give it to the guy when I'm going to pay, instead of telling me to put it on the dashboard. So if you have a coupon, hang on to it and give it to the guy yourself! Otherwise everything was good! I'll update this next time I go and let ya'll know if I get my free oil change! 🙂
