I had a great experience with the technician who worked on my BMW X5. He was extremely professional, thorough, and determined to get the job done right. He even cut his arm and injured his finger while changing my oil, but he remained focused and completed the service with a positive attitude. I also noticed that he was training a new employee and did an excellent job of supporting her throughout the process. He patiently walked her through each step, demonstrating professionalism, knowledge, and a genuine commitment to helping her learn. I don’t normally take my BMW to quick-service oil change locations, but this experience exceeded my expectations. It was refreshing to receive quality service without sacrificing convenience. I will definitely be returning and utilizing your services again in the future. Thank you for such outstanding customer service!
I stopped by Take 5 oil change in Clayton in 70 business, and got one of the best experiences I've ever received from an oil change company. It wasn't anything extraordinary.It was just a customer service that I received was completely honest and not tried to upsell me of pressure me into buying wipers or some unnecessary stuff that I didn't need it in the moment. I will make this one my go to from now on.
It's sad that the review only goes up to five stars, because this is a 10-star experience! All three guys contributed And worked brilliantly as a team! AJ promptly greeted and then did the work underneath the vehicle (hard to believe he's still in training,) Reese was excellent at customer service and letting me know all of the options without being pushy. James, shop manager was excellent at guiding everyone to make sure that everything stayed fast and efficient helping. If you need vehicle maintenance in the Clayton area, this is the spot to go... Will definitely be back!
