I called this location for general pricing. CJ was so pleasant and helpful over the phone. A few hours later I went to get my oil changed and was greeted by him. CJ is so kind and the other guys were very nice also. Service was quick and great customer service. Not to mention there was a 50% off special at this location.
The young men on duty on Saturday 8/14 exhibited great customer service skills & immediately got my request ed service completed! I just moved to Charlotte but have used TAKE 5 many times in my home state without complaints. I don’t like to be badgered about other services & this is what l liked most…I KNEW what l wanted & it was done👍
This is my new goto for all my vehicles oil changes! CJ is awesome! Very professional, efficient and honest! On top of all that the prices are better than any jiffy lube. New management and crew have turned this place around. Their always willingness and able to work around my schedule….
