I stopped by around 8:30 this morning I needed EVERYTHING done….oil change, filters changed, fluids topped off, coolant flush. The ENTIRE crew was friendly, funny, welcoming, and knowledgable. They explained to me everything that they were doing, explained all my options, and how much it would be before they did the work. As someone who doesn't know anything about cars it made me feel good to not have to ask or worry!! I knew I was in good hands!!! If you need your oil changed this is the place to do it at!!!
I really appreciated the professionalism and the knowledgeable staff they have at this location. Mo seems to be an old vet at his job, even though he's clearly a young man. I was very impressed on how good he is at what he does. Cindy was incredibly helpful as well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming to this location. They are thorough, knowledgeable and most important, quick. This location deserves 6 stars 🌟
Update to the update: I spoke with the store manager a day or so later. Everyone I spoke to was very kind and understanding about my experience. They even checked the cameras to make sure my service was completed. Even after that they offered me a refund and a coupon. Honestly I wasn’t expecting this level of customer service after the experiences I’ve had. I’m glad to see that this place has improved DRASTICALLY over the year i’ve been frequenting. UPDATE jun 2026: I will not be coming back here. I came in for an oil change + inspection. Everything was fine until the mechanic tried to push an $130 coolant that i rejected THREE times. I was SO uncomfortable, i will not be returning. She pushed me so hard that she was asking me what my budget was? ARE YOU KIDDING???? The mechanic I spoke with was passive aggressive towards me for asking why I had to give him all my information if I had been to take 5 before. Also he said I sounded mean because I didn’t want to give my email address. You don’t have to talk to me but at least be nice. 😭
