I went to the sunset road location for a high mileage oil. The technicians were friendly and seemed to follow the company’s checks and procedures. Some of what I heard them do when they were serving on my vehicle, I have never seen any of the other Take 5 locations do! It really made me feel comfortable, listening to them quality check behind each other. I’m guessing the other locations I have gone to probably were skipping some of those verbal prompt techniques. I will definitely be back to this location, I felt like the team there really followed the companies protocols to ensure customer satisfaction. My interaction was quick and fast.
The crew that did my oil change was so amazing !! They were very informative, transparent, wasn’t trying to hassle or sale me anything, and for them to be as young as they are, I was quite impressed. WE NEED MORE YOUNG MECHANICS LIKE THR CREW THAT SERVICED MY KIA !! I will definitely be coming back, and now they have a reoccurring customer 🤗
I was very pleased with my service. The staff was amazing and very knowledgeable. They were very attentive and customer service was amazing. I definitely will be back. Kiyveon was my service rep and he was amazing. Willie was pit and Donnie did hood and safety was Lamont. I'm so please with this staff. Great guys
