The team here is great! I've been coming here for oil changes for a few years, and I always have a great experience. Elijah and his team today were awesome - they were efficient and kind! They took the time to make sure I understood everything which I always appreciate. Take 5 really makes one of my least favorite tasks so much easier and more pleasant!
The guys they have working there right now are top notch. I have seen others like them as well ... very service-oriented and definitely a blessing to be serviced by ... but I haven't seen them last for a long time. It seems like they have a top notch training program and recruit very good people, but I have to wonder why they don't stay ... although I also work in customer service and do see that working in their environment (exposed to the heat and cold) would be much more difficult than the grocery store environment that I work in. I also imagine that I probably wouldn't feel as closely supported by management in their environment as they might possibly feel a little more isolated than I do. Like I said not sure, but I imagine it would probably be a challenge to keep turnover low.
It's not exactly 10 mins, but it is QUICK. The personnel is friendly and courteous...which is also appreciated. The fact that you can sit in your car and have the service performed is welcoming. The cost competitive and coupons are often sent to me about the time my oil change is needed. Give them a try, you may be pleased. I, too, became a customer of Take 5 by 'word of mourh'.
