I have been there several times with my suv ,cars. Don't have to remind them I am a veteran. The team was very organized,polite and fast. From asking me if I would like a water right to the final review of what was done. Only thing I would like when it HOT outside please don't bring me in until ya'll are ready to start on my car! I sat for 10 to 15 minutes in a car not running! Thank GOD for the breeze coming through the shop.
My experience at this Take 5 location was great! Even with a long wait time, they constantly checked in, gave me water, and made efforts to get me seen sooner. Bamm and another auto tech worked on my car. Bamm kept me informed the entire time and helped me understand what my car needed (staying very financially reasonable). Bamm was very kind and helped me feel comfortable, something that isn’t common for me when it comes to getting my car serviced. I will definitely be back at this location!
The staff at this location did an excellent job. Despite being extremely busy, they were thorough, efficient and pleasant. This was a very cohesive, hard-working group of employees who showed respect to one another and every customer they interacted with. Shout-out to Steven, who did a great job taking care of my car.
