Pulled right in, met by a crew of nice guys who got right to work. They didnt try to upsell but they did point out my filthy oil filter, so I replaced it. I got the mid range full synthetic high mileage oil change. With my daughters coupon, my total was about $130. My car instantly felt like it was running better. The guy said I can have fluids topped off and tires topped off anytime for a good while. Im very satisfied and will get my oil changed here from now on.
Absolutely fantastic service. Came in for state inspection, they told me about 2 issues and didn't charge me. They recommended I go to AutoZone for parts, I went and got the two parts fixed, went back to Take 5 and inspection was done super fast. Also gave me complimentary water, very much appreciated in the heat. Would take my car here again!
I was shocked at the level of overall service. I was not pushed to buy any extra. Extremely quick, professional and the customer service was above and beyond. Henry needs a special shout out and if he’s not a manager or in training to be one for that position he certainly should be. Great job everyone!
