By far the best service I have ever received. The employees were professional, kind, quick, thoughtful, and very knowledgeable. Not only did they change my oil in less than 20 minutes, but they didn't try to upsell anything -- they were just very straightforward and helpful. But best of all, they were able to fix my windshield wiper fluid issue, which saved me a trip to the repair shop and has been a huge inconvenience for months. I couldn't believe they were able to fix it.. I was blown away by their expertise and their willingness to help -- amazing. Could not be more thrilled to have found this place -- will continue to refer friends and family and will always bring my car here. Top notch -- absolutely recommend!
Absolutely amazing service from a professional team! After pulling up, I was greeted by Chris, who offered me a cold bottle of water and walked me through what my first experience at Take 5 would be like. Before, during and after my service, I had Ashton walking me through all the steps that were being taken in real time and offering recommendations and guidance on proper maintenance. Once my service was complete, I had Joshua follow up to ensure that all of their service was up to par and if I had any questions or needed anything else. Just a truly phenominal experience for a first time customer! I will definintely be bringing my car back the next time I need an oil change!
This was my 1st time using TAKE 5. I will never use anyone else again. The treatment I received was like no other. The man at the 15/501 shop was just amazing. Thank you guys for all your help yesterday. I wasn't in the best place because I was leaving to say goodbye to my sister and they were so helpful. I wish I got there names but I didn't. Im sure they told me I just didn't hear it. Thank you once again Irene
