I had an oil change last week and my experience was phenomenal. Dawan and James were working this day and went above and beyond to provide excellent service, address any questions I had, and were clearly experts in everything they did for my truck. In the past I would schedule and drop off my vehicle to a dealer for these services, this was much more efficient and direct. Highly recommend. Thank you Dawan & James!
I came in right before close on a Saturday and the two gentlemen working were phenomenal. I was getting the oil change and the driving back to Brooklyn and they were both knowledgeable and took extra time to make sure it was the right oil for the engine and my needs. I was really impressed with their teamwork and attentiveness to safety too. Great employees and Take 5 is lucky to have them.
The young guy with the light colored hair and mustache was very nice, knowledgeable and made the experience very personable by involving our children, talking to our baby, telling us about his son and 1 month old, and giving us ice cold waters upon arrival!
