Waylon was awesome it was our first experience and Waylon greeted my mom and me with two cold bottles of water and was super pleasant and provided excellent customer service and was honest and didn’t try to overcharge or sell us things that my car didn’t need just yet.. We went with the CORE SYNTHETIC as it was the better option and more appropriate for the type of vehicle and use .. The whole process took no more than 20 mins there was one person ahead of us and that took 10 minutes and the oil change itself took 10 mins and if you go to their website prior to having your oil changed you get a $15 off coupon but you have to submit your cell phone number or email at least one day in advance in order for the coupon to be sent to you..Waylon honored the coupon for us as well… Highly recommend Waylon thanks for your generosity and kindness and diligence and prompt service we will definitely be back for our future oil changes..
It was my first experience at your shop. Take five. The two associates Waylon and Savannah were absolutely magnificent. They went over and above. They had trouble getting my skid play off. I think that's what it's called. I probably get a oil change at least every 3 months, maybe 4 months. I use synthetic. I drive 100 mi a day back and forth to work. The good part is all highway miles. It is my first time there. I didn't realize you were open on Sunday which works absolutely magnificent for me. They could have taken the easy way out and said that they couldn't get the plate off. They did not. They went over and above. Very happy. Very pleasant represented your company with the utmost respect in dignity!! Everything was awesome. I will be returning. I was impressed
