I had been visiting Walmart in Bradford for oil changes. One day after getting my oil changed at Walmart, I received a warning on my dash that my oil was low. Stopped and checked it only to discover that Walmart was never changing my filter. It had a rock that went through it too which caused this. Likley because the filter was so old. Walmart also stripped the oil cap. I immediately went into Take 5 and the team did a fresh oil change and even went out of their way to get me a discount on the service. Companies always talk over under promising and over delivering when it comes to customer service. Take 5 did just that when they surprised me by having a local parts store bring a new oil cap at no charge to me. This place would be rated higher if it was possible. Definitely recommend them.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely incredible experience at Take 5! Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the second we pulled in. I’ve been to a Take 5 in Erie before, but I honestly had no idea how thorough they are during an oil change. They didn’t just change the oil and send us on our way—they topped everything off, checked everything over, and even checked our cabin air filter behind the glove box, which I didn’t even know was a thing 😂. Needless to say, it was DISGUSTING and definitely needed replaced! Rashad especially was amazing. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire experience. They didn’t have the filter we needed on hand, so he actually went and got the correct one for us and was back within about 10 minutes. He truly went above and beyond, and that kind of customer service is hard to come by anymore. The entire team made the experience quick, easy, and genuinely enjoyable. I cannot recommend this location enough—and a HUGE thank you to Rashad for taking such great care of us! We will absolutely be back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Jeremiah & Seth helped us. This was our second time using Take 5 in Olean NY They were great, they explained everything first prior to starting anything They checked the car & showed us the readings before the oil was added & after. We thought we needed a full oil change & they explained the sticker & we were ok & when to come back. They did a top off of the oil & there was no charge. They made sure everything was perfect before we left, we never had to exit the car. Both gentlemen were very knowledgeable & friendly & my husband & I enjoyed speaking with them. We are definitely going to go back to Take 5 Oil Change & I recommend them highly
