Amazing service! The three gentlemen were so knowledgeable and helped in letting me know my tires were not very good. As my family of 5 is leaving in 3 days from NY to NC. I never would have known and traveled on those tires. They were all helpful and answered any questions. They weren't pushy to upsell anything. They also informed me that that they will recheck oil and top it off if need. 10 out of 10! I will be back to this Take 5 in Allegany! Thanks guys!
We were heading out for a road trip and I hadn't had a chance to get my oil done. We swung by before we left and everyone was super kind (Wes, Dakota and Michele I believe) they explained everything, mentioned my radiator fluid should get changed soon if I wasn't doing it that day (I asked about it) and I was able to get my air filter changed which it was in desperate need of. I was expecting at least $100+ for everything and it came out to just $70 which was a huge relief. We were skeptical of this place but it was really awesome and we will be back in the future :)
The customer service was wonderful! They were very friendly, greeted me when I pulled in, offered cold water and let me know how long it would be before they could change my oil. They explained everything they were doing step by step, and stated everything they were doing out loud so that each other knew what was done to be safe and get the job done correctly. The price was worth it for the convenience and great customer service.
